Conventional UV or UV-LED technology

UVAPRINT varyCURE AC & UVAPRINT varyCURE LC are based on a cassette technology: Either an UV lamp insert or an UV-LED insert can be slid in the same robust housing very easily. Power connection and cabling remain unchanged as the joint electronic ballast EPSA varyPOWER supplies both inserts by immediately recognizing what technology is used and thus switches from square-waved AC (conventional UV) to DC (UV-LED). An intelligent control adjusts all system-relevant settings automatically, this means for the user: Just swap and cure.

One housing, one electronic power supply – two inserts. It is a Powerful curing system working with conventional UV or UV-LED technology.

UVAPRINT varyCURE AC is the air cooled system and the UVAPRINT varyCURE LC is water cooled system.

UVACube 2000

UV CURING CHAMBER

The UVACUBE 2000 is a UV curing chamber for laboratory use and manufacture by hand. Through combining different UV units like direct irradiation or ACM mirror for temperature reduction, and lamps, UVACUBE 2000 can be used for a large variety of applications and offers individual process solutions. The power and timer pre-set are offering high process reliability. In addition, UVACUBE 2000 meets the highest demands in operational safety and ease of handling.

UVACUBE 2000
 has a useful working capacity of around 45 x 40 x 30 cm (HxWxD) permitting a wide range of objects to be accommodated. Optimized lamp reflectors and interior provide uniform irradiation (approx. +/- 10% on bottom of chamber).

There are, at a two-step power control (50% / 100%), up to 2000 W lamp power for three different arc length available: 100mm, 150mm and 200mm and a arc power output up to 200W/cm, 133W/cm and 100W/cm

UVASPOT

Modular high intensity UV units

Versatile UV unit for larger areas. Suitable for curing UV reactive adhesives, compounds and coatings, as well as providing black light for fluorescent purposes.

  • 3 power steps available: 400 W, 1000 W and 2000 W
  • Modular concept for uniform irradiation of large areas using a combination of a large number of lamp modules

jetCURE UV

The new jetCURE series has been especially developed for wide-format inkjet printing applications. These high-performance UV dryers (up to 240 W/cm) permit excellent curing and enhanced printing quality ‒ even at high printing speeds.

Just as for other printing processes, Hönle offers high end customized UV technology for inkjet printing. jetCURE units are equipped with dichroic reflectors for temperature-sensitive materials and are available with lamp spectra to suit the specific ink. All units can be supplied in the process-related length, are equipped with a shuttersystem and can be controlled by electronic power supply.
