Vitralit-UV 2113

Vitralit® UV 2113 is a UV- and light-curing acrylate hybrid system with very good adhesion on many materials. Vitralit® UV 2113 is used for bonding / sealing of plastics as well as glass and metals. It is distinguished by its very good adhesion to FR4 and is used to protect sensitive components against mechanical and environmental influences. Vitralit® UV 2113 is highly filled, has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and low shrinkage. Vitralit® UV 2113 is impact resistant, has a dry surface and is resistant to industrial soldering.

Vitralit-VBB 1

Vitralit® VBB-1 is a UV/visible light curable, multi-substrate bonder that exhibits excellent peel strength. The cured Vitralit® VBB-1 is optically clear, exceptionally flexible and demonstrates outstanding elongation. Vitralit® VBB-1 is recommended for applications were a tough, durable and moisture resistant bond is required. Because of the ability to bond to many substrates and ability to withstand the stress off thermal cycling. Vitralit® VBB-1 is very well suited for use as a UV curable potting composition.

Vitralit-FIPG 60102

Vitralit® FIPG 60102 is a UV / Visible light curable “Form In Place Gasket” material which adheres to a variety of substrates including metal, ceramic, glass and many plastics. The cured product is extremely flexible and demonstrates outstanding elongation and memory. Vitralit® FIPG 60102 is a gel viscosity material that is formulated to be dispensed and cured (hardened) exactly where a gasket is required. Once fully cured, Vitralit® FIPG 60102 is moisture resistant, tack-free, and possesses resilience that is approx. 70 – 75%. Vitralit® FIPG 60102 contains no nonreactive solvents.

Vitralit-UC 6215

Vitralit® UC 6215 is a UV curing adhesive. The common application of Vitralit® UC 6215 is Bonding / Sealing / Encapsulation of difficult surfaces like PPS, PA, stainless steel, nickel, zinced steel as well as glass or FR4, to protect sensitive parts from mechanical and environmental stresses. It has no outgasing during curing and a good temperature resistance.

Vitralit-UD 8050

Panacol Vitralit® adhesives are one-component, solvent-free radiation-curing adhesives. The advantages are very short curing time, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and easy handling. Vitralit® products are used in electronics, medical applications, optics and for fixing parts in general.

Vitralit® UD 8050 is a one component UV/visible light and humidity curing isocyanate acrylate adhesive. The base material is transparent and slightly yellow. Customized versions with various colors and fluorescent tracer are possible and make process control easier.

Vitralit® UD 8050 is specially designed as an encapsulant for local circuit board protection. Its easy dispensability and fast curing properties make it suitable especially for applications in consumer electronics, where a high UPH value is required. Thanks to the humidity curing mechanism, Vitralit® 8050 can also be cured in shadowed areas. UV curing provides initial properties and the humidity post curing leads to an increasing performance over time.

Vitralit-6128

Vitralit-6133

Vitralit® 6133 is a UV and light-curing acrylate adhesive which has been specially developed for glass bonding. Vitralit® 6133 is an adhesive with high strength and impact resistance. It is particularly distinguished by its good adhesion to glass in combination with glass, various metals and stone. Vitralit® 6133 is used for bonding VSG / metal and ESG / metal. It shows good adhesion to anodized aluminum. In thicker layers, it can be slightly opaque.

Vitralit-4731

Vitralit® 4731 is a UV / Visible light curable material that is very flexible after cure. Vitralit® 4731 adheres to polyimide, PVC, ABS, and other plastics as well as dissimilar materials including glass, stainless steel, and epoxy boards. When properly cured, Vitralit® 4731 is clear, tack-free, and highly resistant to moisture and yellowing. Vitralit® 4731 demonstrates high tolerance to thermal cycling and is an excellent adhesive for strain relief. Vitralit® 4731 cures rapidly with broad spectrum UV lamps (320-450nm), as well as monochromatic LED systems. Recommended LED wavelengths for optimal curing are 365nm and 405nm. Vitralit® 4731 has passed the testing required for USP Class VI biocompatibility and ISO 10993-5 approval. Vitralit® 4731 is compatible with typical sterilization methods including gamma, ethylene oxide, and limited autoclave.
